Cabin work

Larry and I went to the cabin this weekend and hauled and stacked 2 cords of wood.
Then I raked the yard and got rid of our neighbor's brambles he'd been dumping on our property. Thanks mister!

AND I finally got the heater working. WOO HOO!!

Here's the wood shed when we first started. The pile on the left is the old wood.
This may not look steep, but it's a short, very steep hill Larry had to push all that wood up. I helped by staying out of the way!

Chico and Rowdy were a great help

Just when we got done with one cord, Johnny (the wood guy) delivered the 2nd cord...which meant Larry had time to haul it up the hill instead of leaivng it for me to do on Monday!

Two cords are laid in and ready for winter...come on SNOW!

Brambles I raked up. Sheesh

Oh, here's the gas valve I finally had replaced and appears to have been the culprit all along. MAN! Should have done this last year!
