I should post day by day to make SURE I keep track, but I got a little busy.
This week I ran the tracks on Monday, which is 3.2 miles. I didn't take the GPS so don't have all the details on the run. It was a good run, not too hard, but I didn't push it either.
Then Wednesday I did a noon run with my pal John Cox (who's WAY stronger and faster than me so I had to work to keep up). We did 5 miles in 48 minutes.
Friday, another 3.2 miles on the tracks.
Then Saturday I did a 6.2 mile run in 56 minutes at the river with the dogs and had my GPS...but I can't remember all the best pace, average pace stuff.
Sunday my hamstrings were a little tight, so just a 2 mile walk.
Tomorrow, RUNNING again!
