Dinner and a visit from Mareva

Tristan, Mareva and Emma came for a visit and Tristan just couldn't get enough of that great newspaper.

I did a "little" 10k on Saturday

The Rio Bravo Rumble was Saturday and I signed up, never having done it and without any info on it at all. But it was just a 10k, right? Harmless!

HA!!!!! It was GRUELING! And I was woefully unprepared for the hills, which I haven't run in weeks. But it was gorgeous and the race, which included a bike race that I didn't do, was very well organized.

I can't wait to do it again next year.
