October trip to the cabin

I went to the cabin in October for the final dinner at Kennedy Meadows before it closed. Love that time of year up there!
The first picture is of a werid rock Raymond found at new Clavy. Very very weird. We can't figure it out. Maybe it's dinosaur poop?

Look at that sky. Ijust love this time of year! The meadow with the last little shack.

The beautiful river.
Frosty morning.

Dodge wasn't looking like it was near opening...sigh...
The gorgeous high sierra!

Me at Leavitt Lake...with my coors light..

The doggies at the river by the cabin.

I tried to get them all lined up and cute..this is how far I got.
Big ass cabin being built by the river...it's HUGE.
I just loved this woman's hair. How long do you think it takes her to do?

One of my favorite running trails, an old rail line, was totally screwed up by slash left from major logging this summer.

And the last Kennedy's supper...here we are!
